There is no cost to set up a Jansen Furniture UK Trade Account. All associated services are provided free of charge. However, technical drawings for bespoke items may incur a fee at our discretion.
Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated contact who will be available to assist with your enquiries. In the event that your primary contact is unavailable, our experienced sales team is always on hand to provide support and ensure continuity of service.
We aim to process your Trade Account application within two to four working days. Once your account is active, you will be able to log in, view your exclusive discount, and access all of your trade benefits.

Alternatively, you may place an order online through our website. In both cases, your trade discount will be applied. Please ensure you are logged into your account for the discount to be visible on the website.
We provide a white glove delivery service for our trade clients, using unmarked vans to ensure discretion and professionalism throughout the delivery and installation process.
This approach helps maintain the confidentiality of both the manufacturing and delivery aspects for your clients. Delivery charges may apply depending on the total order value and the distance from our showrooms.
Our Home Approval service allows you to view selected items in situ before making a financial commitment. This gives you and your clients the opportunity to make an informed decision by seeing the pieces within the intended space. If you are unsure about which item to purchase, we can bring a selection of in-stock items to you for consideration.
A delivery charge usually applies to this service, which can be redeemed against the total cost of the final order.
Please note that this service is available for in-stock items only. Bespoke or
made-to-order items require a deposit and are not eligible for home approval.
Yes, we have warehouse facilities where we can store your order. We are usually able to offer storage free of charge for a reasonable period of time. After this period, a storage fee may apply at the discretion of the sales team.
